Terrorist or freedom fighter?

Reader comment on item: Aim the War on Terror at Militant Islam

All "terrorist" suicide attacks have in common to compel modern democracies to withdraw military forces from territory that the "terrorists" consider their homeland.Religion is often used as a tool. (R.A.Pape, pol.science University of Chicago).

I agree and think that they should not called "terrorists" but "freedomfighters"! Just as we, the Dutch, were freedomfighters when we fought the German occupier (1940-1945) with all possible means.
