Reader comment on item: Obama's Diplomatic Acrobatics

with the Syrians knowing full well that the Obama admin is desperatly wanting a peace deal on nuclear weapons with Iran that satisfies the left and peace at all costs lobby, Obama wants to leave with a legacy that upholds his -NOBEL PEACE PRIZE - granted at the beginning of his-reign-, THIS IS WHAT THEY WANTED, A PRESIDENT WHO WOULD TRY THE UN FAVOURED POLICIES, notice that the UN is sitting back and doing nothing other than spruik its desire for peace at all costs

well, we are seeing the costs of the Syrian people right now, on our TV sets, in the refugee camps, children writhing in agony from sarin gas poisioning, the Arab states who ought to be allowed to deal with this are cautious to say the least, France should have been given the go-ahead when they wanted to hit Damascus from the start, that would have destroyed much of Assads weaponary, it would have brought the un to attention, and the Americans could have sat this out, but no, the world sits on its arse and critizes the USA and hope they do bomb Assad anyway, that way the bludgers =can have thier peace at all costs and their desire to bomb Assad out of the picture fulfilled for them, and Israel is still getting the blame for all this crap anyway,

MEANWHILE the Iranians are forging ahead with their nuclear weapons program,-oh sorry peaceful weapons program-oh, no, sorry, its nuclear power program. huh, if the Syrian issue keeps on and on ultimatly the Iranians willhave the weapons to threaten the middle east and should Iran loose control of Syria they could well bomb with a big one if the rebels take away their link-pin to other vital points around Isreal, remember Irans mullahs want Isreal written off the map. and that Obama full well knows this fact, talk about dealing with devils.
