Dr Pipes' concerns about Libya radiates. Egypt may have a border problem beyond securing just Sinai. And as Egypts border becomes in flux, so too by defacto, Israels. So, who are these Libiyan rebels we seemingly trust and recognize ? No one seems to know. But dont we hire people whose job it is to know? I think what Dr Pipes is worried about is the analogy between todays Libya and Barak Obama, and yesterdays Iran and Jimmy Carter. Its plain(s) and simple. Some things, indeed uncertain things, deserve better than worry.
