Hello Daniel, I know Mr. Rattegan very well; we grow-up together in the same neighborhood in Jamaica including my brothers, there we only did three thing, Play Soccer, School and Girls, after we felt and came to America as kids we got in the gym and eventually entering Body building contest in the 80's while "Junior as we call him" continue going to school eventually passes the BARS in Washington and New York to become a lawyer and later on as you become an FBI, I don't think he would compromise the security of the USA, and yes he often time mention discrimination at is job back then, I haven't seen him or talk to him in about 10 years but I hope everything work out for him
