India Zionist -- of course!

Reader comment on item: Islamists and the Left Working Together in Muslim-majority Countries?

Submitted by Alan Silverman (United States), Apr 21, 2009 at 11:02

Why shouldn't the Indians now be pro-Israel? Next to Israel India may well have the most to fear from a violent, ~100% Muslim neighbor, and as well are democratic/pluralist/free-market. It's either birds of a feather recognizing one another, or (harking back to India's "nonaligned", socialist days when as I recall it they hated Israel) a case of "my enemy's enemy". The food's great, also!
