Living in the closet in Canada

I'm a secular Jewish woman with a German-sounding surname living in Canada. Although my heart and my soul are with Israel, I live in the closet. During my university years I used to proudly say I was Jewish, but I no longer do so. Why? Because although there is no immediate danger of my being persecuted, there is a very real possibity of a random attack by a local Muslim . Seattle had an incident where Jews were specifically targeted by a Muslim in a shooting, and it can happen anywhere.

Canada's immigration policy of giving preference to non-Europeans is suicidal. The country is being slowly taken over by cultures that are destroying the social foundation that made this country great. Between the Leftist parties and the non-Europeans already living here, there is a voting majority that no politician in his right mind would dare go against. Canada as we know it today is doomed. There won't be any need for a violent takeover. The politically correct and sickeningly polite Canadians will let it happen without a whimper.
