We Need Articles Like This

Having served for several years in the State Department, I have no bias against them. But the culture and leadership have deteriorated sadly. Boucher is the spokesman, and criticism should be directed at his boss--a principal source of unrealism, weakness and confusion in our government. The longer the Secretary is treated as a sacred cow, the greater the damage he will do. Best, Martin
