Shouldnt be shocked

You should not be shocked at the hatred. From the view of a general populace of a civilized people, cutting hands and heads off is extreme violence. Hating other religions is extreme violence. Extreme Violence deserves to be hated. Criminals, like the one that killed 6 people in Wisconsin yesterday or the day before, are also hated. Violence is hated and is a danger to any civilization, and yes, the usa is civilized.

Christians are just as hated as muslims in many places. Go see the spewed venom on yahoo answers !

You wanna see a Holy Book keep a nation (generally) safe, loved, and good....go study Finland and the reason they are such a peaceful people. It isnt the Koran.
