The Palestinians just want to bleed Israel to death slowly. Israeli citizens are easy pick - on buses, cafes, schools, etc. All that needs to be done is to indoctrinate and brainwash the disillusioned youth in schools,mosques, etc., with Allah's promise of going straight to the sexual paradise if they blew themselves up taking along with them the Jews and hundreds if not thousands of eager beavers will volunteer for the kill. So it's a very good strategy. A win-win since they have "disassociated" themselves from the terrorists. They can kill you at will but you can't do likewise. These killers then melt into the Palestinian civiliian population. The Palestinians and the authority as a whole can simply carry on pretending they are not involved in the killings but likes of Hamas, Islamic Jihad, etc. And make a hue and cry about it for the international community to see when the Israelis react to the killings.
