(United States), Jun 7, 2007 at 12:47 The defendants did use the discovery process and were in the midst of destroying every single allegation made by ISB. The problem is that the system does not really penalize defamation plaintiffs for just dropping the suit. Once they move to dismiss, what is a righteous defendant to do?
