Very odd theoryReader comment on item: The Soviets' Six-Day War Submitted by Y.K. (Israel), Jun 5, 2007 at 10:10 I don't think this theory makes any sense. Two questions: A. Why would Israel think that America would care if the IDF had executed POWs or not? America had clients with very heinous deeds at the time (think 500,000 people killed in Indonesia), and didn't care at all. America also had its own skeletons in Vietnam. B. Why would Israel do something which will make America very very angry, in order to cover something that even if America did care about, it certainly wouldn't care as much as about the action used to cover it up?
