Hate agenda, borne from fear not ignoranceReader comment on item: Away with Crucifixes, Crosses, and Christmas Submitted by Frahad Navkhoda (United Kingdom), Apr 20, 2007 at 05:46 Dear Mr G Bisvas I see that you have several guises under which you comment on this forum. Let me clear a few points up for you. Muslims currently do not have a figure head (such as the Pope) nor a central nerve centre nor a united agenda. You are believing the In-built lies (your term) about the rate of Muslim population increase in India that are peddled by Hindu extremists. Due to lifestyle choices, Muslims generally have greater fertility rates then for example Western Europe, were populations rates are shrinking. Taking population in perspective, in 1978 there were 200 million Americans and recently the American population has passed the 300 million mark. The 'european' population increased both during Industrialisation and expansion to The Americas and Austro-Asia, current trends in the Muslim population follow these same principles and historical pattern. We have previously spoken of the treatment of Muslims in India at length, and after the Gujarat massacre we are all aware in which direction some Fundementalist Hindus would like to take India, I believe you are from that Camp.
