friend dating mysterious Moroccan man

A close friend met a Moroccan man in Las Vegas several months ago. He said all the right things to her and they spent several days together. He told her he was part Japanese and was returning to japan for a job interview. He told her she could join him in Japan. He called immediately upon arrival and said he declined the job and would be traveling around for several weeks and she was not invited.

When he returned he came to her small apartment and will be staying there for nearly 4 weeks until he flies off to Paris for another job interview. He supposedly owns a home in Vegas, yet he has not returned there for several months now. He sits around all day doing nothing but smoking the Hukah pipe while she goes to work.

Does anybody know of anybody like this Moroccan? Any advice as to his intentions and how he could be traveling around like this?
