Linda - perhaps you might consider that many Israelis, like myself, wish to live in the Middle East, not in a ghetto, and are unwilling to be an outpost of your hatemongering. What you are suggesting is basically the same scenario that happened in the USA with your indigenous populations. Your forebearers herded them into reservations and left them to rot. No thanks. The WALL will come tumbling down just as surely as the biblical wall of Jericho or more recently the Berlin Wall. Your racist remarks are a reflection of the most right wing, fascistic elements in Israeli society. The course you outline will only lead to more bloodshed on all sides.
If those of you outside of Israel truly want to help us all live in peace then help find solutions. Comments such as "ignore the Arabs as much as possible." or "let them rot", don't really contribute much.
Regarding the substance of Mr. Pipe's post. I believe it would have been productive to have invited non-Zionist critics of Israel to submit testimony at the hearings. Zionism is an ideology. Just because someone is not a subscriber to a particular ideology does not mean they hate Israel, The Israeli people or Jews. Be careful folks. The trend toward stifling legitimate criticism of Israel from anyone who does not pass a litmus test is dangerous.
Shades of the 'McCarthy Era'.
"Are you now or have you ever been a member of an anti-Zionist organization"?
