Now read it:
O ye who believe! Truly the Pagans are unclean; so let them not, after this year of theirs, approach the Sacred Mosque. And if ye fear poverty, soon will Allah enrich you, if He wills, out of His bounty, for Allah is All-knowing, All-wise. Fight those who believe not in Allah nor the Last Day, nor hold that forbidden which hath been forbidden by Allah and His Messenger, nor acknowledge the religion of Truth, (even if they are) of the People of the Book, until they pay the Jizya with willing submission, and feel themselves subdued. 9:28-9
The verse below is talking about how Allah helped the Muslims:
If ye help not (your leader), (it is no matter): for Allah did indeed help him, when the Unbelievers drove him out: he had no more than one companion; they two were in the cave, and he said to his companion, "Have no fear, for Allah is with us": then Allah sent down His peace upon him, and strengthened him with forces which ye saw not, and humbled to the depths the word of the Unbelievers. But the word of Allah is exalted to the heights: for Allah is Exalted in might, Wise. Go ye forth, (whether equipped) lightly or heavily, and strive and struggle, with your goods and your persons, in the cause of Allah. That is best for you, if ye (but) knew. 9:40-1
9:111 GOD has bought from the believers their lives and their money in exchange for Paradise. Thus, they fight in the cause of GOD, willing to kill and get killed. Such is His truthful pledge in the Torah, the Gospel, and the Quran - and who fulfills His pledge better than GOD? You shall rejoice in making such an exchange. This is the greatest triumph.
002.216 : Fighting is enjoined on you, and it is an object of dislike to you; and it may be that you dislike a thing while it is good for you, and it may be that you love a thing while it is evil for you, and Allahknows, while you do not know.
4:77 : Have you not seen those to whom it was said: Withhold your hands, and keep up prayer and pay the poor-rate; but when fighting is prescribed for them, lo! a party of them fear men as they ought to have feared Allah, or (even) with a greater fear, and say: Our Lord! why hast Thou ordained fighting for us? Wherefore didst Thou not grant us a delay to a near end? Say: The provision of this world is short, and the hereafter is better for him who guards (against evil); and you shall not be wronged the husk of a date stone.
The only reason Allah tells us to fight in his cause his for this reason:
And why should ye not fight in the cause of Allah and of those who, being weak, are ill-treated (and oppressed)?- Men, women, and children, whose cry is: "Our Lord! Rescue us from this town, whose people are oppressors; and raise for us from thee one who will protect; and raise for us from thee one who will help!" Quran 4:75
Omnipotent: unlimited in authority or power, is the meaning in my dictionary. Let us see if Allah comes up to scratch.
Allah has been sending his messengers pleading with humans to accept him as the most magnificent, most merciful, most beneficent being. Allah has failed miserably to convince the vast majority of humans since Adam. Billions of humans simply refuse to believe in Allah and Allah is able to do nothing except fulminate powerlessly in his Koran that he will have the last laugh by indulging in the most sadistic of tortures when judgement day come. What do the vast majority of humans have to say to that threat. Just ha, ha, ha, the infidels can't stop laughing. Omnipotent being?
Allah sends angels to help the prophet at Badr. Why does he do that if he is omnipotent. That he has angels to run errands like informing his prophet that some one was going to drop a stone on him when he was negotiating with the Banu Nadir but fail to tell him that the Banu Quraiza was planning treachery. The angels he has created as help mates are pretty erratic at sending warnings to Allah's prophet. Omnipotent?
You Muslims must come up with a separate dictionary for us infidels to comprehend what you are talking about.
It is not my fault those people were led astray by the evil.
