Well this was the exact situation prior to 1967. Both jordan and Egyppt employed the Arabs living west of the Jordan to sabotage Israel and kill the Jews using the very same organizations as exist today. Rehashing the old formulas is usless.

But I am not a naysayer. I have a reasonable outcome. Let there be as many Arabs West of the Jordan as there are Jews East of the Jordan, all the way to China. Now I agree that would displace lots of arabs, but then lots of jews have been displaced from Arab countries, and Russia and Germany. Let then Arab countries, Germany and Russia take as many Arabs from Israel as the Jews they have either displaced ot killed. Reciprocity, symmetry, justice etc...
