Well the 3 is the Arabic letter ayn which is a "pharyngal" sound as in Umar or Ali it is 3Umar and 3Ali and the ' is the letter hamza which a glottal stop. Now you are an excpert in the language of Allah.

The Jizya is a protection tax or a mafia tax period.

The strange thing about this jizya tax is that 1/5 of the money looted from those nasty infidels is supposed to go to Allah and his rasul Muhammad the caravan raider and Arabian warlord. So if by any chance you have Allah's e-mail address please let the Arabs and wannabe Arabs know so they can send him his share of the looting for the past 1400 years. And you know with inflation and all the cost of making new virgins and ghulman (boys of Allah's heaven) keeps going up and poor Allah will go bankrupt unless he hets his share of the loot
