My dear Truth lives I'm sure you know that the truth also hurts and the truth here is: you know no Arabic and you ain't no theologian of islam or of Christianity for that matter.

The two words in question "Islaami (sic) dinan (sic)" are _transliterated_ as:

"(ghaira) al-Islaami dinaa" Notice the definite artilce "al" that is missing from your bogus reading of the two words. And you know what? I do not get it why do tablighees like you have difficulty with the Arabic definite article al-?

Notice that the two words (including the word ghair) are vocalized as;

"Ghairal islaami dinnan"

Notice the 3Irab as dinaa becomes dinnan. And you know what? this is more evidence that you only know how to read the text but do not understand a very basic point in Arabic and that is there are indeed differences between transliteration or writing and vocalization. So by your ignorance of this fact you were vocalizing the text as you have learned in your glorious madrassa but did not realize that the first word is:

al-Islaami

1. alif lam or al or the this is the definite article in Arabic! And for reasons unknown to me are not used by tablighees. Now we have the al-

2. Alif with a kasra or I

3. seen with a sukun or S

4. lam with a fatha or La

5. alif or AA

6. Meem with a kasra or Mi

And now we have the first word or'

al-ISLaAAmi or al-Islaam or the religion of islam.

and the second word is

Dinaa and not dinnan

1. dal with a kasra or Di

2. yeh with a sukun or II

3. Nuun with fatha and an alif or NAA

And now we have DiIINAA

or Dinaa nothing about dianan except in the minds ot tablighees that have no clue about real and good Arabic.

Now let us go through the masora (oh I forgot that you are a theologian and do not make me laugh so you must know what is really the Muslim masora)

1. The word al-Islaam means the Islam. Or ghairi al-Islam as in selecting Judaism or Christianity etc....for a religion.

2. dinaa (vocalized as: dinan due to I3rab) means religion (of)

Now let us check and see what Pickthall says about it but notice that Pickthall was an English man who was converted by ignorant Indian tablighees to islam while he was in India. He never lived in an Arabic speaking country and his translation is poor and this is indeed case in point as this is a very simple and easy aya. So our dear Pickthall write:

"seeketh as religion other than the Surender (2) (to Allah) and in the foot note he wrote: 2. Ar. Al(sic)-Islam.

So I suspect that the source of your translation is this bogus translation but you did not take the time to read the footnote and I call this poor reading of a primary source.

Now let us check Dawood's translation. Dawood was an Arab and he knew his Arabic and he translates it as follows:

"....a religion (diin) other (ghair) than Islam )al-Islaam)."

Your claims are bogus and so is your knowledge of Arabic. You are only a wannabe Arab and I pity you for this. And why do you claim to be something that you are not? Are you ashamed of being a Pakistani and a tablighee? What do you think?
