I would go further, we should treat the islamic world the same way we treated the Imperial Empire of Japan.

No mercy, no regrets, no discussions, just put an end to this insanity. The sooner the better for all concerned members of the civilized world. Halliburton will be pleased at the prospect of so many post WW IV reconstruction contracts.

One more thought, Have "dhimmi" J. E. Carter negotiate with bin laden, quaradawi, nazrhalla just before their annihilation.
