(Canada), Dec 26, 2006 at 11:07 I also note, that a few years ago, the number of Islamist supporters "in universities, the media, religious institutions, and the arts" was a matter of speculation -- would their numbers dwindle or would they grown? Now, I believe that question has been answered. The number is growing; they've made significant in-roads. Not that long ago, it wasn't all that clear that the religious institutions and the arts would be so pro-Islamist. Yet more and more western institutions seem bent on becoming Dhimmis. Anyway, we will dearly miss your columns for the next 15 weeks, but I guess you deserve a break! All the best!
