Duh! Centuries of tribal and religious hatred in the Middle East that has nothing to do with Isreal

Reader comment on item: What Went Wrong with James A. Baker, III?

Submitted by Myopia Avenger (United States), Dec 18, 2006 at 21:15

The Baker Report's myopia, bias, conflicts of interest and lack of understaning of centuries of tribal and religious hatred in the Middle East that has nothing to do with Isreal. Israel is just a scapegoat for bigger issues in the Arab world.

The Baker Report is also astonishingly dangerous for America. It would be folly for America to throw its only true Middle East ally, Israel, into the fire of the Islamists on their march towards global dominance. The little Hitler of Iran in Teheran, I don't want to even mention the schmuck's name, is laughing all the way to the bank. Mr. Baker should become Foreign Minister of Iran making his jobs easier. Even the voters in Teheran's Municipal elections last week are fed up with litte Hitler's brinksmanship and extremism. Yet Mr. Baker's anti-semetic and anti-Istael myopia plays straight into his Shite expansionist dreams.

Mr. Baker fails to see that in the unlikely event that Isarel were to disappear, the Saudi's would be in bigger trouble facing a tsumani of shite hatred. The Saudis would be anihilated on Iran's terrorististic goose step march West. The Baker Report avoids dealing with the situation if its assinine plan fails and bites Amrica in the butt. I'd like Mr. Baker to put his money where is mouth is and provide a kind of completion bond in case he is wrong. Of course, Mr. Baker won't here to see the consequences of a disasterous failed plan, he will be six foot under and his famility will be enjoying the fiancial benefits of the money earned from the his Arab friends. Mr. Baker' s plan is not like a Christmas gift that one can return to the store the next day if it does'nt fit.

Can you imagine what Mr. Baker would recommend if a Mexican President threatened "to wipe America off the map", or the American Indian nations demanded what Hamas seeks of Israel, the right of return and return of all land expropriated. He would just nuke them. A Christmas/Hanukkah wish for the New Year: .... May peace and properity be with us.
