Ahmad's 1998 statement consistent with the Quran

Ahmad's statement ...

"Islam isn't in America to be equal to any other faith, but to become dominant. The Koran . . . should be the highest authority in America, and Islam the only accepted religion on earth."

is perfectly consistent with the Quran...

SURAH 9:33
"HE it is Who has sent HIS Messenger with guidance and the religion of truth, that HE may make it dominate over every other religion, even though the idolaters may resent it."
