Let's not get carried away.

As I understand it, Mr Baker has suggested reviving the 'road map'. The 'road map' is the preferred US policy for resolving the conflict between the Israelis and the Palestinians. Mr Baker is a US citizen on US business. His loyalty is to the interests of the US, not those of Israel. Israel is a foreign country.
