Who pays for the caviar on Mr Baker's table?

James Baker III has very close business ties to Saudi interests (plus he is their lawyer against the 9-11 victim's families). That pretty much sums up where his interests lie: not with the American nation, but with his arab patrons.

Whose interest did he have in mind when drafting his "recommendations"? How could anybody choose HIM to decide on our future (i.e. of common, decent americans)?
