How many REAL muslims you know?

Dear Brothers and Sisters,

First I'd like to thank the founders of this great website which allowed us all to share our different opinions.

In order to have a clearer view of any nation we first should understand its faith. The Muslim nation was built by following the rules of Islam. The rules are many and covering all life aspects but I'd like to illustrate those that concern the issues discussed here.

First: Muslims do not believe in just the ISLAM, they also believe in all prophecies sent by all God's prophets.

They believe in What GOD sent to IBRAHAM, MOSUS, JESUS and MOHAMMAD

Second: the true fact about Jerusalem is that it is Arabian; in fact the origin of the word of Jerusalem is Der-Salem which means Salem's abode a very Arabic name.

Third: Muslims believe in freedom of religion and in their Holy Qur'an it is said that you have your religion and we have ours and we can't ignore the fact that Jews and Christians have lived safely and freely in Jerusalem when Muslims ruled it.

Fourth: Islam is the only religion that prevented violence. It is enough to know that in the very war itself Muslims are ordered NOT TO destroy a house, hurt a child, burn a tree, touch a woman or kill a peaceful man.

Finally Muslims admit their not liking of Jews and their preference of Christians, in fact the holy Qur'an said that the closest folk to Muslims are the Christians but their feelings against the Jews didn't arise from a racist thinking but from the fact that at 1948 Jews invaded Palestine and took it illegally.

At the end there is something I'd like to say, all the Muslims you have heard about -those you relate to terror, bombing and killing of children- do not relate to Islam at all. They are some kids with no understanding of the TRUE ISLAM taken and trained by certain individuals and groups seeking some self interests and using those kids' ignorance of Islam. A REAL MUSLIM does not know the meaning of hatred. It grieves us to hear that a Muslim was killed in Iraq, Palestine Lebanon but it also grieves us to know that another American kid died in a distant land killing so many innocent people in the way to acquire his real targets. Those American soldiers are not monsters, they are someone's sons or daughters, fathers, husbands and wives who were taken away of home by false slogans to fight ,in fact ,for the fortune and the sake of some people safe at home.

Forgive me if I have drifted away from the main subject but i just wanted to cover all issues.

And please remember we do not hate anybody.

FYI: The word ISLAM came from the word SALAM and SALAM means PEACE.
