not so sure

It appears the figure in the left hand bottom picture has not aged that much in the last 27 years. The amount of wrinkles have not increased that much if at all. the guy in 1979 looks middle aged already but maybe Ahmadinejad has been using botox. Basically I am wondering about the authenticity of this photo. The original one that caused the controversy seems more likely to be Ahmadinejad as the person seems much more youthful then the present day Ahmadinejad.
