Not so simpleReader comment on item: Decision Time on Iran Submitted by Stan (United States), Nov 4, 2006 at 10:02 It is not a simple decision of "take out Iran's nuclear capabilities." It is really unknown if it is possible to do this. You would think that Israel with all its surveillance of Lebanon would have had overwhelming success against Hezbulah. Iran has undoubtedly protected its nuclear development extremely well. They are well aware of what the U.S. or Israel can do militarily. It is very possible that nuclear weapons would have to be used, to destroy Iran's nuclear development. This becomes a decision with no clear cut result.
