Not so unbelievable
Reader comment on item: [Freedom House report on] Saudi Venom in U.S. Mosques
in response to reader comment: Unbelievable-- to commenters

It is exactly the attitude of the civilized world showing tolerance for Radical Islam that will get us all killed. The argument is always the same against those that criticize Radical Islam; we are ignorant; our thoughts come from a bias media, the biggest victims form 9/11 are Muslims, etc, etc..

It is pathetic to use the victim card to garner sympathy for such position of support for a movement that sees jihad as a global enterprise. By now, there is a lot more people in the west that understand jihad, and it is becoming very clear that it is not the individual spiritual struggle to attain higher level of closeness with God as purported by some apologetics for Islam.

Muslim communities have existed in the USA for decades, and have been highly regarded. Many Muslims are in positions of trust in Government Agencies, large corporations, and are active community leaders. No "civilised" person is advocating kicking out all Muslims out of the USA. Because of that, the Muslim community in the USA at large will continue to be singled out until its moderate leaders become more vocal and VISIBLE in denouncing the atrocities committed and advocated by radical Islam, and taking back the mosques for the veneration of God and community support and not as centers of indoctrination of the young into becoming suicide bombers against anyone that does not agree with the religion.

So it is because of our values that keep us a civilized society that we do not tolerate any radical movement that attempts to subvert our Government by any means, and thus, we should not tolerate the subversion that is invited by the radicalization of Islam in American communities.
