Hate gets us no whereReader comment on item: Jihad: The Fight Over Meaning Submitted by Melanie May (United States), Jan 20, 2003 at 08:01 I am a twenty year old female American college student. I feel that the opinion I hold is very similar to many of my peers. It is hard for us to understand how "people" can hate us simply because we are Americans. How can any of you call yourselves God's people yet hate a certain group of God's children simply because of where they are from? Each and ever one of us have the same rights to live our lives in this world. ..When one kills another of God's creations he is commiting the biggest sin possible. It is ridiculous to believe that killing is what God wants us to do... Note: Opinions expressed in comments are those of the authors alone and not necessarily those of Daniel Pipes.
