Sorry- you cannot boycott Arab oil. You can boycott all oil, if you like, but you can't tell the guy pumping your gas that you only want north
sea or gulf of mexico oil, and nothing from saudi arabia, for example.

Mutlinational oil corporations are not concerned with favoring one nation over another. They only care about profit- they would never boycott oil from any country.
