Assuming someone...

got the idea and decided to change their name to allah_ _ or mohammad -_ _, then is that person protected from CAIR? What can CAIR do then? What if individuals made toilet paper with verses written in it for their own personal use?

I understand that islamic govts in islamic countries control their citizens in their bedrooms as well. What CAIR can do here? Pound sand?
