Am I the only one who read the full text of Mahmoud Ahmadinejad's letter to German Chancellor Angela Merkel?

Ahmadinejad seems to be appealing to an ultraconservative Geman political agenda in the grand tradition of Wilhelm and Hitler. Is Angela Merkel sympathetic to such influence?
