To Mr. Pipes: THANK YOU

Circumstances health wise did not allow me access to a computer but I just had to comment on the airing of PBS' glorification of Islam and its founder.

You Mr. Pipes have spoken for many of us - your pulling off the veil reveals the truth behind it - theirs is NOT a compassionate, caring, loving lifestyle. ..

On to the other main issue - PBS and the gov'ts use of my money to fund it. Freedom of speech - but not with my money. Unless the powers at PBS believe the saccharin rhetoric of the documentary, there should have been sporadic disclaimers throughout the airing that this does not reflect the thinking of the Public Broadcasting System. Because they didn't, I take it as nothing more than proselytizing and that's a no-no.

The Washington Post's review? The comments of the reviewer and sanctioned by the Post reflect "reel" life not "real" life. THEY should have made a disclaimer statement - instead they made themselves look out of touch with reality.

Thanks again for your clear and honest assessment of the documentary.
