Syria in Lebanon

Lebanon should have called for a return of Syria's military ( in addition of calling other Arab states to post 50,000 - 100,000 'armed' troops) in Lebanon's southern border with Israel to establish peace in that region. If the Syrian military would have been in Lebanon, Israel would NOT have bombed any part of Lebanon.
