What are we so afraid of?

Has PBS never aired shows on Christianity, Judaism or other religions? Why the uproar on, finally, a historical, fact-based program on Islam, especially in the wake of a few, fanatical, outcast Muslims who have so maligned what Islam is.....peace and submission. What are people afraid of?

It's too bad that most of the opinions on this page show the ignorance of the American people. Little is known about the history of others except what we are brainwashed with.....our ethnocentric view of the world.
