Mr. Pipes, a few years ago, I though that you were borderline "fringe"... with the things that you were saying. After several years of intensive research on my own...I've come to the conclusion that you weren't ...and aren't..."fringe" enough. In my opinion, your suggestions in "Why Security Measures..." don't go far enough...and most of the measures that you have offered should be implemented immediately.
Although I need to do more research into their eschatology(ies) and mythologies, what I have seen thus far leads to only one conclusion: There is no substantial difference between a "moderate" Muslim and one who is militant, except for a small matter of timing. The end result in either case has - without fail - been historically the same.
