Dissension and Patriotism

I know the difference between dissension and patriotism. Some of these professors have gone beyond mere criticism of US policies. Instead, they apologized, rationalized and excused the violence and evils of some of these foreign countries. At the same time, they're pushing a vicious lie of America as an oppressor and imperialist agressor.

I went through 4 years of college and never once buy into such lies and attempts to propagandized to the student populations. I sit through lectures (I call it brainwashing sessions) and always came out feeling as if my conscience was raped by these professors.
Daniel Pipes is right on target. We must always maintained academic freedom but we must hold these professors accountable for their undermining of this nation's values and cultures. It's time to take our campuses back. Let's hear the other side of the story too instead of just "America is imperialistic" dogma.
