When the US is attacked and at war

If I'm not mistaken, the question of limitations on freedom to oppose in wartime, stress of anarchist's. etc., has been expressed clearly in the past by the Supreme Court: The Bill of Rights of the Constitution is not a suicide pact! Franklyn said we have a Republic, if you can keep it. Many questions concerned the possibility that the turmoil and mayhem resulting from incessant clamor and challenge to Constitutional authority would eventually cause the Constitution to be destroyed by such abuse. The answer was of course that the people (even lawyers) themselves must realize this and act accordingly with moderation and concern at the price of losing all.
