Marcus (United States), Dec 28, 2002 at 09:57 I believe that the U.S. Government which sends funds of any nature to an institution of higher learning has a right to with-hold such funds until the institutions inform those professors who look to denigrate the U.S. eliminate such activities. If Freedom of Speech becomes an issue, the University must then be forced to make a decision to either allow the denigrating speech and lose the funding or curtail the discourse and continue to receive taxpayer monies.Note: Opinions expressed in comments are those of the authors alone and not necessarily those of Daniel Pipes.
