When I was obtaining my masters in the early 90's, professors were still apoligizing for the Viet Nam war. They were also on their soap boxes about the first Gulf War. Although I do not agree that war is the right thing at this time, especially an undeclared one, I do not think the U.S. needs to apologize for its actions.Note: Opinions expressed in comments are those of the authors alone and not necessarily those of Daniel Pipes.
