What's our plan of action?

I think Pipes is correct, but I think all this talk and no action is a waiste of time. Campuswatch.org is a good start, but Mr. Pipes and other conservatives (like David Horowitz) need to form a special interest group that takes direct action, such as lobbying State legislatures to take away the power of hiring professors from a small group of administrators, and give a say to a broader group of people; such as students, elected politicans, and/or parents. If this is un-workable for the universities, than there should be rules prohibiting professors (outside of political science & appropriate humanities courses) from making political commentaries, those professors teaching political science courses should be elected by students, and/or the State legislature. If the universities refuse to comply, than the State should hold back their funding. ...
