Right on the money!
Iraqi war is worse than crime - it's a mistake.
500 billions could have bought us energy independence, but instead worsened our dependence on foreign oil and oil exporters. Manhattan project took less time and much less money and made us a superpower, the inheritance we so fecklessly gambled down in Iraq, never mind noble intentions et al.
