First, many thanks for the illlustration of my reference to the "Medieval mindset."

Second, to use your "logic": If the occasional heat wave, according to you, indicates Allah's anger at the US, what do the centuries-old 100 degree temperatures and desert sands indicate about Allah's attitude toward the Mideast?

Third, one can only speculate upon the "underlying" motives for a loyal Muslim to leave such favored lands to live in that "hypocritical America from which Allah is turning his face."
