What is a decent translation?

I regret to say that I have read that Yusef Ali translation, on hearing from a number of Muslims that it is a widely respected translation. If not, can you recommend a good one? I would be interested in reading one that is neither apologist in context nor inflammatory in nature. Many thanks if you could respond with a recommendation.
