You dissected the State Department whitewash with perfect clarity!
It is a pity that the powers-that-be at the State Department are so blinded by their bias and gross misrepresentation of facts.
As far as I am concerned the State Department proclamination is a ticket for more terror.......a big green light.

It's bad enough the terror inflicted on Israelis is rationalized by the perpetrators. But it sickens me that the State Department of the United States misdirects the onus for these attacks on the backs of an already broken Israeli society who are being victimized and terrorized on a daily basis.

Nothing could be more chillingly closer to the truth.
