The Question Should Be, What Is Wrong With The Rest Of The World?

The question should not be asked of Americans, but rather the rest of the world, which seems to still be fast asleep at the wheel, when the non-Muslim world is being attacked or threatened by jihad coming from the Muslim world to take the needed actions to stop it?
