Our show?Reader comment on item: Debating PBS's "Muhammad" Documentary Submitted by Sue Sly (Morocco), Jun 7, 2006 at 21:20 The comments are very interesting! I enjoyed reading them. To judge a religion by its followers is not the proper way. I believe the holy books are the ones that should tell us more about each religion. So instead of criticising and/or relying on others critisism while being ignorant, let us read the Old testament, the New Testament, the Qur'an and see for ourselves. If we strongly believe in our "actual" religion, learning about other religions will not make us change religion otherwise, we are not full satisfied with the one we embrace right now! I think it is great to know what others believe and how they see things, if a documentary will make me understand it more, it is awesome. The problem isn't religion, the problem is people's ignorance and arrogance. We have a brain and we can make a choice! I choose to not be ignorant! As for the tax-payers, the 10 million muslims that live in the USA pay taxes too! Note: Opinions expressed in comments are those of the authors alone and not necessarily those of Daniel Pipes.
