Reader comment on item: Mirror Image: How the PLO Mimics Zionism

Submitted by Mikhail Alterman (United States), Jun 6, 2006 at 15:46

Wow! Great research!

This piece is crucial to understanding the enemy: terrorist Palestinian movements.

Of course Muslims in Israel haven't had their version of Vladimir 'Ze'ev' Jabotinsky. Jabotinsky, among many other things, was the main driver for the revival of Hebrew and the new Jewish military institutions (via putting Hebrew in Jewish schools in Eastern Europe and founding the WWI Jewish Legion).

It's nice to know that we are still winning and Islamic terrorist movements are not going to win.

On the downside: the real Zionists are in need of the modern era Jabotinsky or his type of movements. Jews won't loose but the new revisionist movement is necessary to win. There are only a few signs of such movements, Jewish Legion in Tapuah is being one of them.
