Separation of Mosque and State?

I know there is the so-called separation of church and state but if it is not applied across the board to all religions does it not constitute discrimination against the religion that is affected by this "separation"?
I am going to contact my Congressman and complain about the mis-appropriation of funds for Islamic prosyletizing.
