Disturbing: the Gov't asleep at the wheel

What is particularly disturbing and gauling is the lackidaisical position of the government at the local, state and federal levels.

Billions of dollars for "Homeland Security", absurd searches against obviously innocent citizens (myself included), not to mention the idiotic war on nail clippers. Did we ever win that last war?

It is now abundantly clear to me why we have a constitutional right to bear arms. For when the government is blatantly as corrupt or at best, hoplessly incompetent, then it is comes down to the private citizen and public media to bear the burden of our own self defence.

Keep sounding the alarm.
